• NieNie is a restaurant-focused platform for invitation-only pickup ordering and owner operations.
• Feature availability may vary by plan, configuration, and region.
• We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account and business information.
• You are responsible for account security and all activities under your account.
• You are responsible for your restaurant content, pricing, allergens, and operational settings.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the platform.
• Misrepresent menu items, pricing, or business identity to customers.

5. Billing and subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
• Subscriptions continue until cancelled.
• Trial periods, fees, and limits follow the active pricing shown in-product.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

6. AI and recommendation disclaimer

NieNie uses AI-generated outputs to assist ordering and operations. You remain responsible for checking critical details such as allergens, availability, and final order decisions.

7. Intellectual property

• We own the NieNie software, trademarks, and platform IP.
• You retain ownership of your restaurant/menu content.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide and improve the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdStudio Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service use, outages, or third-party provider failures.

The service is provided on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, abuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription in billing settings.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Updated terms become effective upon publication, with notice for material changes where practical.
